You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Under UK consumer law you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of the first payment. Because the service starts immediately with your agreement, we will refund the payment less a fair amount for the days you used, or in full if you used no paid feature. The same applies to the first payment of a yearly plan.
Payments are not refundable for the rest of a period you have already started, except where the law requires it or where the service was not available as described. If we make a material change you do not accept, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current period.
Email hello@drssoftwaresolutions.com from the address on your account within the 14 days, or cancel from Settings. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Yearly plans in India are paid by UPI AutoPay. Cancelling the mandate in your payment app stops future payments; the rules above still apply to refunds.
