My Reflux Diary

Terms

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who we are

My Reflux Diary ("the service") is provided by DRS Software Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 17189542, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@drssoftwaresolutions.com. These terms are a contract between you and us.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract. You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. One account per person.

3. What the service is, and is not

The service is a food, drink and symptom diary. It stores what you record and shows your own entries back to you, including counts of how often one thing followed another.

It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it to decide about medicines or treatment. If you are worried about your health, speak to a doctor or pharmacist. If you have severe symptoms, seek urgent help.

The AI features turn your typed text into entries, describe foods, and answer general questions from reviewed sources. They can be wrong. Check anything that matters.

4. Plans and payment

Free days. Every new account has all features for its first 7 days, with no card required.

Free plan. From day 8 you keep the diary, symptoms, food pages already in our library, timeline, export and deletion, within the limits shown on the plan page. AI features need a paid plan.

Premium. Paid monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the plan page at the time you subscribe. UK £4.99 a month or £34.99 a year; EU €5.99 a month or €39.99 a year; India ₹1,499 a year. Prices include VAT where it applies. Paid plans include fair-use allowances for AI features, stated on the plan page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered on the Refunds page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal.

Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record, which sells the subscription to you and handles billing, tax and refunds; we do not hold your card details.

5. Your content

Everything you record is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy policy describes. You can export it or delete it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: use the service for anyone under 18; try to access another person's data; interfere with the service or its security; use the AI features to generate content unrelated to the diary; or resell the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 3, 9 and 10 continue after the agreement ends.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable when you signed up, for loss caused by your reliance on the diary or AI output for medical decisions, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to bring a claim where you live. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app at least 14 days before a material change.
